Subscription Plans

Understand the available Levelup plans, what each includes, and how usage-based billing works.

Levelup offers tiered subscription plans that scale with the number of companies in your portfolio. This guide covers what each plan includes and how billing is calculated.

Complimentary Plan

Some organizations may be placed on a complimentary (gratis) plan at Levelup's discretion. Complimentary organizations have full access to the platform with no billing required. The billing page will show a "Complimentary" badge and display a total of $0.00.

Usage-Based Billing

Levelup uses per-company pricing. You are billed based on the number of active, billable integrations connected to your organization -- not the number of users or seats.

What Counts as a Billable Integration

A billable integration is a connection that is:

  • Linked to an accounting software account (QuickBooks Online or Xero)
  • Active and not disconnected
  • Importing data -- the integration has recently synced company financial data

Integrations that are disconnected or have had their data purged are automatically excluded from billing.

How Per-Company Pricing Works

The subscription page shows your total based on the number of billable integrations at the time of checkout. For example, if you have 5 connected companies importing data, your bill is calculated as:

  • Monthly: price per company multiplied by 5, billed each month
  • Annual: price per company multiplied by 5 multiplied by 12, with an annual discount applied

The per-company rate is displayed on the billing page as a per-company-per-month figure, regardless of whether you chose monthly or annual billing.

Proration

When the number of companies in your organization changes mid-billing-cycle (for example, you connect a new integration or disconnect an existing one), Levelup adjusts your next invoice through proration. You are credited for unused time on removed companies and charged proportionally for newly added companies.
