Levelup is designed for organizations managing multiple small businesses:

Quick Start Checklist
1. Create Your Organization Sign up and create your org. This will serve as your central portfolio workspace.
2. Add Companies Navigate to Companies > Add New Company Input name, industry, tags and assign team members (team member visibility coming soon).
3. Connect Accounting Data We support integrations with: Follow the in-app prompts to authenticate and sync company data.

4. Standardize Chart of Accounts Use our AI engine to:
- Automatically Map to our Standard chart of accounts
- Review imported chart of accounts
- Override AI suggested categorization for custom control
5. Explore Dashboards Access pre-built dashboards showing:
- P&L and Balance Sheet Period Comparisons
- Variance Reporting
- Company Cash Analysis
- Key Performance Indicators used by professionals
6. Invite your Team Go to Organization Members and invite the Team. Assign Roles:
- Owner
- Admin
- Read only
7. Review Data Health (Public Beta Feature Coming Soon)
8. Share with an external organization Companies often need to be shared with advisors, owners, and other stakeholders. Head over to Sharing to manage who sees which company. Access can be provided indefinitely or for a restricted period of time.
