Theme and Display
Switch between light and dark mode and configure table display preferences.
Levelup lets you personalize the visual appearance of the platform with light or dark mode and configure how data tables are displayed.
Choosing a Theme During Onboarding
When you first set up your Levelup account, the onboarding flow includes a Choose Your Style step. This screen presents two options:
- Light -- A light background with dark text.
- Dark -- A dark background with light text.
Select your preferred theme and click Continue. You can change this at any time after onboarding.
Switching Between Light and Dark Mode
To change your theme after onboarding:
- Locate the theme toggle button at the bottom of the sidebar navigation (represented by a sun or moon icon).
- Click the icon to switch between light and dark mode. The change takes effect immediately across the entire platform.
Your theme selection is stored in your browser session and persists across page loads.
Table Display Preferences
Many pages in Levelup display data in tables (such as the portfolio dashboard, invoice history, and KPI views). You can adjust how many rows are displayed per page:
- Rows per page -- Each table remembers your preferred page size. When you change the number of rows displayed (for example, 10, 25, 50, or 100), that preference is saved for that specific table.
- Preferences are stored per table, so you can have different page sizes for different views.
- These preferences persist across sessions through browser cookies.
Notes
- Theme and table display preferences are personal to your account and browser. They do not affect other team members.
- If you clear your browser cookies, your theme and table preferences will reset to their defaults.
